Feasibility Check
Step 1 — Tech Pack Review
1–2 days
We examine every measurement, construction detail, and fabric requirement in your tech pack. Feasibility is confirmed, fabric availability is checked, and any potential issues are flagged upfront — so there are no surprises later.
Fit Photos + Report
Step 2 — Sample Development
8–12 days
Your first sample is cut, sewn, and washed to spec. We deliver a full measurement report and fit photos so you can evaluate every detail remotely — no need to visit the factory.
Graded Specs
Step 3 — Iteration & Approval
5–7 days / round
Not happy with the first sample? We iterate. Each round takes 5–7 days. Once approved, graded size specs are generated and bulk production parameters are locked.
DDP Shipping
Step 4 — Bulk & DDP Delivery
20–30 days
Bulk production begins with weekly progress updates. Finished goods are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — door-to-door, customs cleared, no hidden fees.
Optional Add-On
3D Digital Sample
Skip the first physical round. Our 3D rendering shows fabric texture, stitch placement, and wash tone in photorealistic detail — approve fit and proportion before cutting any cloth.
